Homer: The Odyssey Map

The locations mentioned in the Odyssey have long been debated. Already in ancient times, there were different opinions about where the places visited by Odysseus were located. This illustrated map shows Odysseus' adventurous journey with various alternative locations along the route. The map also depicts Telemachus' journey, as described in the introduction of Homer’s epic.
